SEAs including for the Outlying Areas and the Secretary of the Interior. Local educational agencies (LEAs) and Indian tribal schools are subgrantees.

The estimated range of awards in FY 2023 is $42,812,209- $2,108,516,114. The estimated average award is 347,684,341. The estimated range of awards in FY 2024 is $42,723,885- $2,236,831,646. The estimated average award is $348,211,160.
