Why this exists

Grants.gov has a search box and a 1,800-opportunity firehose. Most don’t apply to your organization. Grant Wire Pro reads every active opportunity and sends you only the ones matching your profile — no more scrolling past unrestricted-anyone funding when you’re a 501(c)(3), or DOJ grants when you serve health populations.

Sample briefing — one matched grant

Rural Healthcare Services Outreach Program (HRSA)

Agency: HHS · HRSA · Federal Office of Rural Health Policy  ·  Assistance Listing: 93.912  ·  Eligibility: 501(c)(3) nonprofits, public IHEs, tribal organizations  ·  Award ceiling: $400,000  ·  Deadline: Jul 14, 2026

Why this matched
CFDA 93.912 Applicant: 501(c)(3) Agency match: HHS / HRSA
The opportunity

HRSA funds consortia of three or more rural-focused organizations to expand access to health services in underserved rural areas. Three-year project period; consortium model required (lead applicant + 2+ partners).

Why this fits you. This opportunity matches your CFDA 93.912 filter and 501(c)(3) eligibility, with direct relevance to your rural-health programming and existing FQHC partnerships.

Application angle. Lead with your two prior HRSA-funded rural projects; bring in your tribal-health partner and the regional FQHC as co-applicants to satisfy the consortium-of-three requirement. The 3-year project period rewards demonstrated multi-year sustainability planning.

Each briefing typically includes 5–15 matches. No matches today? No email.

How it works

FAQ

How is this different from Grants.gov’s free email alerts?

Grants.gov’s saved-search alerts are keyword-only and dump all matches in chronological order. Pro filters by your combination of CFDA + applicant-type eligibility + funding instrument + agency + keyword + award range, then ranks by deadline urgency so closing-soon grants always surface first. Most subscribers cut from 30+ alerts/week to 5–15 highly relevant ones, with the eligibility filter alone saving hours of NOFO-reading.

What happens after my 7-day trial?

Your card is charged $20 on day 8 and you continue receiving daily briefings. If you cancel any time before day 8 from your subscriber link, you’re not charged. After day 8, you can still cancel anytime with no penalty — you keep access through the end of the billing period.

Can I change my filters later?

Yes. Every briefing has a personal magic link in the footer that opens a self-serve filter editor — change your CFDAs, applicant type, agencies, keywords, anything — and the next morning’s briefing reflects the new profile.

What if I don’t get any matches some days?

No email gets sent. We’d rather skip a day than waste your inbox with junk. If you go a full week with zero matches, your filters are probably too narrow — loosen one dimension (drop a CFDA, broaden agencies) and the matches return.

Where does the AI summary come from? Can I trust it?

Each match is summarized by OpenAI’s GPT-4o family using only the NOFO’s text from Grants.gov. We don’t train models on your data, send your filters anywhere outside our pipeline, or sell anything. The original Grants.gov link is always shown so you can verify directly.

Is my data shared with anyone?

Your filter profile is stored in our email platform (Brevo) and used only to filter your briefings. No data sold, no third-party trackers, no lead lists. Stripe handles billing — we never see your card number.

Do you cover federal contracts on SAM.gov too?

No — that’s our sister product, Contract Wire Pro. Grant Wire Pro is grants-only (Grants.gov), Contract Wire Pro is contracts-only (SAM.gov). The two audiences are mostly distinct and the filter dimensions differ. If you do both, the Burns Wire bundle covers both products on a single subscription for $30/month (save $120/year vs. $20 + $20 separately). See the bundle option above the signup form.

Do you cover state, local, or foundation grants?

Federal grants from Grants.gov only. We don’t aggregate state/local sources, and we don’t cover private foundation funding (which lives in completely different databases like Candid’s). If federal-only is too narrow for your work, this product isn’t the right fit.
