Objectives

To provide training, services, and collaboration to address the needs of victims of abuse in later life, including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, exploitation, and neglect.

Eligible applicants

Eligible applicants include States, tribal governments and tribal organizations, units of local government, population specific organizations, victim service providers, and state, tribal, or territorial domestic violence or sexual assault coalitions. The applicant must be part of a multidisciplinary partnership that includes a law enforcement agency, a prosecution office, a victim service provider, and a nonprofit program or government agency with experience assisting individuals 50m years of age or over.
